Move-In Information

Move-In Inspection Sheet: A move-in inspection form will be in your unit when you move-in. This form is to be used to report any damages in your unit. We will review this form when your lease ends to determine damages and security deposit refunds. This form must be completed and returned within 5 days of your move-in date or we will presume that there are no damages in your unit. Even if there are no damages, please return the form with your contact information to assist us in contacting you if the need should arise.

Rent Payments: All payments should be made payable to Twin View, LLC and sent to 618 Northridge Drive, West Lafayette, IN 47906. Please write your unit number on your check, and remember that rent is due on the fifteenth of each month.

Utilities: Please make arrangements with the utility providers below to have the utilities placed in your name on your move in date. We have made arrangements to have the utilities taken out of our name on that date, and they will be turned off if you do not make the necessary arrangements. We recommend calling at least a week prior to your move-in date. You are responsible for setting up accounts with these utility providers:

Smoke Detectors:
You should test your smoke detectors regularly. We have checked the battery back-ups prior to your move-in. You are responsible to maintain the battery during your lease. If you find it is not working within 5 days of your move-in date, contact us and we will replace the battery.

Maintenance Requests: Contact us via email or telephone with any maintenance request or questions you might have.
